It is engaged in key sectors of the economy - infrastructure, hydrocarbon, power, defence, aerospace, construction, shipbuilding, electrical & automation, mining and metallurgy.

Position:- Head-Direct /Indirect Taxation.

Location :- Mumbai.

Experience-15+ years. (Minimum)

1) Job Description-Direct Tax:-

Handling all the Direct Taxation

- Handling Direct Taxation matters like Corporate Tax, Income Tax Property Tax.

- Preparation of various MIS reports.

- Liaison with Taxation Authorities.

Desired Profile

- Experience of 15-20 years of post qualification experience & excellent experience in Direct Taxation.

2) Job Description - Indirect Tax

- Handling all the Indirect Taxation.

- Handling Indirect Taxation matters like Service Tax, VAT, Excise etc.

- Preparation of various MIS reports, Register, Budgets & Reports.

- Liaison with Taxation Authorities.

Desired Profile

- Candidate should be a CA with an experience of 15-20 years of post qualification experience & excellent experience in Indirect Taxation.

Skills Required:

Candidate should be from manufacturing industry or from group of company.
