Role:

Creative and innovative customer-obsessed marketing professional with experience in Brand Management, Media Planning, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, Channel Marketing & Relationship Management. Proven success graph for developing online solutions, user-centric design and process optimization.

Purpose:

- Leading and managing digital strategy

- Determine most effective marketing mix

- Championing the online strategy targeted towards consumers, partners and the sales force to enhance engagement and improve productivity

- Established the online sales channel in collaboration with multi-disciplined internal teams & senior management stakeholders to sell term insurance, other unit linked plans through

- Led the online marketing team & generated insurance leads

- Structure the BTL marketing and brand visibility initiatives

- Implement Internet marketing and SEO techniques to increase the revenue

- Search engine optimization, Web trends, Web analytics, Pay Per Click, Google Adwords, Online Media planning, Media buying, Business Intelligence, Research Analyst, Client Service, Competition Monitoring, Market Research, Online Marketing

- Provide end to end marketing support to distribution channels in development and implementation of appropriate marketing programs

- Managing processes, budgets, media and strategic initiatives to deliver business targets for Online Sales Channel

- Aid other distribution channels in achieving acquisition targets through non traditional and below the line activities

- Conceptualize and develop specific Channel Marketing programs to support all new product launches and ensure full marketing support to channels

- Contribute to business through Direct Mailers, Digital Marketing and other lead generation activities.

- Increase customer touch points by creating properties for Current Accounts and Trade Services

- Website enhancement projects for improving Customer Experience and Conversions

- Online & Mobile Marketing: Digital & Mobile Media marketing strategy, media planning & implementation, Communication Development, Campaign Management and Operations, Response Management, Co-ordination with E-marketing Agency/s & relationship management,

- Achieve lead generation and business targets

Need To know:

Qualification :

- High caliber graduate with a work experience in the similar profile

- Clear understanding of both online and offline marketing strategy development and channel execution

- MBA in Sales and Marketing from a well regarded institute.

Skills :

- Resourceful with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

- Driven, goal oriented and hunger for success

- Demonstrate proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.

Experience :

- 10 + years experience of technology related Brand Management, Media Planning, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, etc

- Must be active on social media and should have implemented interesting social campaigns

- Demonstrated ability in crafting and delivering audience-specific messages and tools (videos, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, demos, how to guides etc.), to be used on the web, live events and in campaigns.
