Head Digital, Retail Banking  One of the leading MNC Banks in India  Mumbai  Description :   One of the leading Banks in India is seeking a Head Digital, Retail banking  Role :   - The role holder will be responsible for identifying business opportunities for Digital in the India market place across the Bank and a range of potential partners as delivery of the Group strategy to optimize our multi-channel experience.   - The role holder is expected to deliver the agreed performance (as measured in the Global Digital KPIs) most notably through delivering a step change in digital engagement, digital revenue, digital leads and digital transactions / servicing.   Job responsibilities :  - To be responsible for the management of sales and service for the digital channel for Indian customers, with a focus on all mobile devices  - To deliver effective management of channel mix within the parameters of the propositions and consistent with customer insights and declared preferences  - To ensure certain products and services associated with each proposition will only be available through self-serve channels (e.g. online only offers) and the pricing of the propositions will over time be adjusted to reflect the different cost of delivery through customer assisted channels  - To ensure an on-strategy implementation of the Global Services Platform and other platform enhancements.   - To be accountable to nurture and grow the pipeline of Digital Talent  The Candidate :   - 10 - 15 years of experience   - Strong Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations.  - Strong personal links in the digital channel industry  - Ability to lead specialized teams  - Keen understanding of products, services and underlying processes to fulfill  - Strong Commercial Orientation, ability in balancing risks vs. rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business  - Strong people leadership, team work, gathering information and analyzing, judgment and decision making, communication competencies.  Consultant Name - Kunj Bhujwala
