Currently we have senior vacancies for Sales & Marketing Professionals based in Mumbai with our clients who are a very rapidly growing, professionally managed Financial Services organisation having started operations 3 years back. They have a very unique business model & offering which has been launched on the back of high-end technology platform. The concept has been very well received by the target audience and the organisation has been growing at over 30% quarter-on-quarter basis. Currently they are operational in 5 metros in India and plan to be in 8-10 metros by the end of the current financial year.

The positions are based in Mumbai and report to the CEO / Head-Sales & Marketing. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks and career growth paths.

Head - Digital Marketing

KRA's :

- Strategize, plan and take critical decisions on the overall digital marketing initiatives.

- Manage ongoing internet marketing campaigns such as organic SEO, Link building,etc

- Manage and drive traffic through various digital marketing strategies.

- Improve visibility, conversions and increase loan application through all online channels

- Look into web analytics data and work on advanced strategy to improve website usability increase

- To work on campaign setup, tracking and tweaking.

- Ranked website on top in Google for the keyword "Business Loan" for local searches using local optimization techniques

Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate would be MBA (preferably engineers) with 6-10 years relevant experience of which recent few years must be in digital marketing.

- Experience in starting or expanding digital marketing operations would be desirable.

- Must have strong analytical skills.

- Candidates must be currently based in Mumbai.
