Head : Digital Marketing (eCommerce Start up/ Dot Com)

Position : HEAD Digital Marketing

Location : Bangalore

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. Looking for a Digital Marketing professional to drive, develop, implement, track and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for an e-commerce Start up based in Bangalore

Must Haves :

Years of experience : 6-12 years

Tier 1 Institute (IIMs, MICA, N.M.I.M.S., J.B.I.M.S, FMS, SP JAIN, MDI, XLRI) with consumer marketing experience

- A digital marketing professional, or internet marketing specialist, who would be responsible for developing the strategy used in marketing a company's product online, utilizing such techniques in the field as social media, Web analytics, e-mail marketing and search engine optimization, among others.

- He/She may put together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get the company's message out, as well as perform consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers via the Internet.

- The role demands undivided attention and supremacy in go to market strategy planning and execution on digital platform.

- The person should have a proven track record for online marketing, go to market strategy, creating viral marketing strategy and social media.

- Must have deep understanding of online marketing tools, analytics and strategy.

Brief Job Description :

- Overall ownership of digital marketing strategy planning and execution

- Deep understanding of eCommerce and mCommerce marketing

- Defining the marketing funnel for digital media and identifying the best engagements

- Managing SEO, SEM, Social Media, Blogging, Content Marketing, Viral marketing strategies

- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website

- Track conversion rates and make improvements

- Develop and manage Online marketing campaigns

- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC/ Affiliate etc to lure online traffic

- Oversee the social media strategy & content for the business

- Work closely with other team like products, design, IT to improve the overall usability, design, content and conversion

- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all marketing effort

- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data closely

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Digital marketing

- Responsible for branding, increase brand awareness, reinforce brand image
