We are SutraHR, India's leading Exec-Search firm for eCommerce, Mobile Digital and Technology companies. The above mentioned space is growing at a break-neck speed. We have over 10+ clients which have raised huge round of funding from Global Venture Capital firms, they are on a look out for a VP Marketing candidates for their organization to lead their entire marketing effort. Some of these clients are Zoomcar, Grofers, Zopper, Shopclues, CitrusPay, Practo and many more.

Position : Head - Digital Marketing

Location : Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai

Must Haves :

Years of experience : 2-10 years

- Tier 1 Institute (IIMs, MICA, N.M.I.M.S., J.B.I.M.S, FMS, SP JAIN, MDI, XLRI) with consumer marketing experience

Position Summary :

The Digital Marketing Manager, as a key member of the Digital Communications team, will lead the strategy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels. These channels include web content, mobile, email, SEM, SEO, social media and onsite display ads.

Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance effectiveness of marketing campaign content

- Manage marketing campaign strategy and content development and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels

- Partner with digital intelligence/analytics team to create and measure, analyze and optimize marketing related content performance in the various digital communication channels and provide insights and key learning's to affiliated teams

- Ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed within strict conformance with risk, security and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channels.

Requirements :

- Proven working experience in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
