Head - Digital Marketing
- Define the Marketing strategy working closely with various teams and agencies
- Develop a comprehensive Digital Marketing plan covering the website revamp, SEO, E-DM, SMS, social media seeding, influencing via bloggers.
- Mobility marketing strategy, Mobile Apps etc.
- Generating leads using website and other free modes of acquisition
- Take primary responsibility for driving KSEC website content and quality. Relentlessly pursue stakeholders to continuously create better customer engagement
- Continuously spot opportunities to drive positive customer scores by frequently publicizing positive news using digital communication channels (social media seeding, twitter feeds, you tube videos, slide-share, online articles etc.)
- Keep abreast of current and upcoming developments in the digital world, which can exploit to gain first-mover advantage
- Explore partnership opportunities with 3rd party online players with clear objective to deliver one or more of the key objectives - New Customer Acquisition, Existing Customer Engagement and Product Usage Brand perception
- Agency Co-ordination and liaison
- Initiate customer surveys and engagement programs
- Oversee customer support and service experience
- Comply with & ensure compliance with all relevant Operational Risk and Compliance related Policies and procedures, covering regulatory, business and group requirements
Job Specifications :
- Strong expertise in consumer digital marketing with expertise in SEM, SEO, Social Media, ORM, Mobile and other Web 2.0 services
- Financial services experience and business knowledge are a plus, but not a must
- Ability to have a deep understanding of business dynamics, profitability and growth drivers
- Leadership skills to collaborate with diversely-skilled teams to achieve business outcomes
- Entrepreneurial with very a strong results orientation focus
- Creative thinker & executor with attention to detail
- Experience in building & leveraging mobile / online alliance partnerships is a definite advantage
- MBA preferable
- Work experience of 10+ years with a considerable amount of time spent with mobile/web technologies
- Managing customer service & support desk
