Head-Digital Marketing  One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Head-Digital Marketing  Basic Job Purpose:  - Responsible for Online Sales delivery across products as well as head online marketing & branding efforts for the bank.  - Own the monthly and annual ‘Online Sales budget’ and leverage both free, owned Internet channels and paid media channels (Google search, eDM, Ad networks etc) and combine with successful external partnership efforts (E-tailing, Ticketing, Online Marketplaces and aggregators etc) to deliver top-quality sales performance at an optimized cost  - Assume ownership of both lead generation (supply side) and sales conversion (demand side) efforts and hence be accountable for the monthly, final Internet sales number. This will be achieved by monitoring, measuring and planning core Sales metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis – Lead number, Accounts booked, Leads to Booking ratios, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Account (CPA), Sales efficiency – TAT, WIP %, Reject ratios and reasons etc  - Front-end all business planning and review discussion with Business managers for each product line and establish close, working relationships with decision makers in each product team and align the Digital team with product and business goals  - Serve as a catalyst in bringing together various stakeholders – Product, sales, Ops, Credit Policy and Digital into a common monthly forum to constantly evaluate measures to increase online contribution to overall bank sales  - Develop expertise and market intelligence on competition sales practices, emerging online sourcing and instant decision models and identify right external partnerships and alliances which can consolidate Bank’s leadership position in Online Marketing & Sales  - Own and grow bank’s relationships with all primary Online Acquisition service providers – Google, Media agencies, Display publishers, Large Ad networks, Social Media partners, Online Sales partners (marketplaces, aggregators etc)   - Drive bank’s online branding and perceptual scale strategy by identifying key consumer trends and help build bank as a uniquely recognizable brand in the digital world  Education & Experience:  - MBA from Premier B-Schools with 8-10 yrs.  - Fundamental knowledge of how Digital Acquisitions fits into the overall bank’s strategy and the key internal stakeholders to execute on the strategy.  - Strong analytical skills to develop acquisition forecast and sales models.  - Great people skills to negotiate & influence business associates and media agencies.  - Understanding of Internet Sales models – Owned, Earned and Paid Media  - Ability to lead a large team and effectively manage people.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details to: preambojan@gmail.com  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
