Head - Digital Marketing (10-12 yrs)
A global risk management services company is looking for Head - Digital Marketing
The role is responsible for leading the digital marketing team, campaigning the companies online presence and strategy. The position reports to the CEO / President and will focus on customer acquisition, site traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Own the global digital marketing strategy, activities and budget. Manage digital marketing processes, plans and spend optimization across the clients products / practices.
- Build a world-class in house marketing team, leveraging agencies as needed. To drive in-bound marketing by attracting, nurturing, closing and engaging with marketing tools & offerings.
Looking for candidates with
- Exposure / experience in helping address the US market.
- Needs to be a blend of Strategy and execution must don roles of both a Thinker and a Doer
- An engineering qualification coupled with Marketing or a Bachelors degree along with a Post Graduate degree in journalism, communications, or related field from Tier 1/2 Institute.
- Possess a minimum 10 to 12 years of total relevant experience, preferably from Tech environment.
- In-depth understanding of Web analytics, portal management, development and online user behavior.
Role is based in Bangalore.
