About our Client - Our client is a Financial Services company providing innovative technical & management services for the masses, in both financial and non-financial domains making a positive impact on their living standards and creating wealth for all stakeholders. They have massive expansion plans across all their operations and are seeking a Head for their Digital and Innovation function.

Job Description - As the Head - Digital & Innovation you will be reporting to the Managing Director of the firm and will be responsible for:

- Leading the Digital & Innovation initiatives for the new Payment Bank set-up

- Supporting the Heads and C-Level executives to create and deliver an operational plan within the digital and innovation space

- Partnering with the Heads of various businesses on the strategic and operational opportunities within the space

- Making sure that the digital performance is achieved by liasoning with multiple functional stakeholders

- Building and managing a team of specialists responsible for driving analytics, digital marketing, innovation, and omni-channel experience

- Ensuring effectiveness of main digital presence, branding, public relations, corporate social media strategy and framework corporate content strategy & change management underpinning digital strategy & initiatives

The Successful Candidate - You will have a Masters / MBA degree from a reputed university

- You will have 12 -15 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Innovation in the Financial Services sector preferably the consumer payment division

- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
