- We are an ambitious startup in the logistics space with a product offering focused both on businesses and consumers (B2B and B2C). We are backed and guided by one of the biggest traditional players in this space who have been spearheading this industry for last few decades.  - We are looking for a smart, analytical, data driven individual to head our Digital and Offline marketing function.  - The ideal candidate would have worked in a startup or a new age company on multiple digital media channels as well as offline.   - This is a hands-on role where the individual is expected to be thorough with tools like Google Analytics, Adwords, GDN, Insights, FB Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads etc. Preferably a full-time MBA from a top tier B-School.   Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:  - Planning Web, SEM, Remarketing, Email, Social media and Display advertising campaigns  - Drive the overall SEO strategry for our website, mobile site and app  - Design, build and maintain our social media presence  - Identify relevant affiliate channels, negotiate with them. Optimize the spend and campaigns to drive ROI  - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)  - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights  - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests  - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels  - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience  - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points  - Collaborate with vendor partners  - Collaborate with internal sales team to drive a marketing strategy for targetting business customers  - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies  - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate  - Plan and conduct various offline promotions (BTL), Corporate events and brand building exercises  What we offer :   A chance to grow and learn in a result driven competitive environment.
