About our Client : Our client is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are significantly ahead of the curve in one of the largest Analytics franchises in India. Our client has around 100 member digital analytics setup and they are looking for a Director to lead the team.

Job Description : As the Head, you would be responsible for :

- Enhancing customer experience across digital platforms for the customers

- Deliver high quality digital analytical insights and recommendations

- Developing the digital analytics roadmap, in conjunction with the Analytics and Digital leadership groups

The Successful Candidate : As a Successful Applicant, you need to have :

- Working knowledge of digital analysis tools like Site Catalyst, Web trends, Google analytics, Omniture etc. and exposure to Big Data platforms and tools (HDFS, Hive, Pig etc).

- 9-14 Years Experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry

- A Masters degree with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline

- Working knowledge of analysis tools and techniques e.g. SAS, Segmentation techniques, predictive modeling etc. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SAS/SQL and complex data sources
