About Our Client :

Our Client Our client is one of the largest mobile operators in India based out of Mumbai they are looking for Head of Campaign Management who would be managing the entire campaign management portfolio for the organization.

Job Description :

As the Head/DGM, you will be responsible for :-

- Campaign management across touch points for organization's entire customer data base

- Rolling out dedicated campaigns for customer base

- Running strategic initiatives basis customer spend pattern across customer value chain

The Successful Applicant :

As the successful candidate, you need to have :

- Post graduate with atleast 7 years of relevant experience in campaign management/CRM

- Experience in Campaign Management and Customer Life Cycle Management

- Converting customer insights into ROI based analytical marketing campaigns
