We are currently looking for candidate to take up the position for Head Acquisition (B2C) - DGM for Bharti Airtel Ltd.  Purpose of the Job  - To lead and drive the acquisition strategy with a focus on high quality subscriber base across the key segments of B2C (voice, data and DTH) by creating the right programs (product & promotion strategy) and leveraging the right distribution resources (channel structure & incentives)  - To ensure incremental revenue growth through increase in customer base across all product and customer segments  Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)  - Drive customer acquisition in Mobile, DTH, Landline & Broadband businesses  - Drive quality of acquisition of new customers, new account penetration  - Lead the design of and execution of - go to market- strategy for the entire product portfolio across the key customer segments while managing gross acquisition cost  - Enhance revenue through growth in customer base across all customer segments and product segments   - Drive and direct the implementation of strategies for ensuring sales force effectiveness   - Ensure appropriate utilization of Sales & Distribution budget, for Indirect and Alternate Channels  Major Challenges :  - The incumbent needs to appreciate the challenges in achieving SOGA leadership in B2C space (voice, data and DTH).   -- Acquisition is a critical vertical since it is supposed to lead the - go to market strategy for creation of new user base.   - Monitoring competition strategies and collecting market intelligence, creating high impact and marketable product bundles and aligning sales team to new initiatives in a major challenge.  Must have:   - At least 7-11 years of work experience in Telecom/FMCG/White Goods and similar industries  - Handled sales/product responsibility for a segment/ geography  - Managerial experience in Sales/ Marketing  Please feel free to get in touch for any clarification, we would be happy to assist you.   Looking forward to your immediate response.   Suhail Khan  Business Leader
