We are assisting one of the leading Media Client for the position of Head Design based @ Delhi/NCR.

Job Title - Head Design

Reporting To - Country Head

Expected Date of Joining - Immediate

Education - B.Arch + MBA(Marketing)

Experience -- 10 – 15 years

- Cost Managing Cost & Quality Team to ensure architectural projects that compliant brand experience, Operational requirements with in established Cost & Quality

- Strategic thought ,Leadership

- ability to generate guidelines in various areas of the design process

Roles & Responsibilities

- Control the design of all properties within required specifications and quality standards

- Ensure that architectural and technical specifications for the projects will help the company achieve its financial goals and overall experience for the costumer.

- Developing consultants and vendors that will meet standards

- Apply project management tools in order to ensure the success of the teams effort and achieving the company goals

- Apply quality control systems for projects and execution

- In charge of specifications and cost data base

- Responsible of delivering sites within quality, cost, timelines, look and feel standards.

B.Arch/ B{arch}/Bachelor in Architecture -Tier I business school

MBA Academic-Tier I B School batch
