Head - Delivery - SAP BI & Analytics (18-20 yrs)

We are looking for a visionary and a leader who can propel and guide the organization (that is already on a high-growth path) towards delivery excellence.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

CUSTOMER

- Own Customer Experience and Service Quality

- Govern all customer engagements for SAP BI & Analytics

- Define and drive SLAs and key outcomes governing engagements

- Minimize risks by driving the adoption of best practices and methodologies for successful delivery

INTERNAL

- Own and manage Demand Forecasting, Infrastructure, Recruitment Planning, Training & Development, Skills Mix, Employee Satisfaction, Attrition, Utilization and Growth.

- Own accountability for budgets and operational parameters

- Ensure that organizational competency is continuously aligned with SAP's BI roadmap

- Develop next level of able and caring leaders within the organization who can stimulate intellectual growth

RECRUITMENT

- Maintain a strong hiring pipeline; Leverage hiring team to recruit the most innovative minds in the market

- Own and execute headcount growth plans, and manage attrition

Expectations:

- Delivery Management experience with 18+ years of overall experience

- At least 10+ years in managing SAP BI / BW / BOBJ development and implementation projects

- At least 3 strong references from industry leaders / supervisors / customers
