Organisation : Top Technology based logistics company

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech/Graduate / MBA

Experience : 4+ Years (Post qualification)

Role : Head - Delivery Franchisee (Last Mile)

Location : Bangalore

Job Profile:

- Setting up processes that develops mutual performance objectives, financial sustainability and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship

- Manages franchise performance to ensure consistent customer experience

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates franchise needs on an ongoing basis

- Ensures franchise compliance with franchise agreement

- Proactively recruits new qualifying franchise

- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Business development, Operations & Tech) in order to meet franchise performance objectives and franchise's expectations

NOTES :

- Only from Logistics company like - Gati / DTDC / TNT /DHL / Fedex / Delhivery / Blackbuck etc.

- From startups as well like - Flipkart / Amazone / GoPegion etc.

- Current CTC should be more than 15 lacs, Kindly DO NOT APPLY in case you are earning less than 15 LPA.

- Age - 35 Years Max

- Should have go-getter attribute

- Should have problem solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
