Our client is a leading investment bank and project advisor globally looking to set-up operations in India. They are looking out for Head - Debt Capital Market to be based at Mumbai
- Responsible for Origination as well as Placements
- Responsible for Loan Syndication
- Product coverage includes Loans, Debentures, quasi equity or any other alternate mode of funding
- Market coverage envisages PSU / Private / Foreign banks, Insurance companies, Mutual Funds, NBFCs, Corporate, PMS clients
- Consulting and designing of innovative fund raising structures via Debt
- Merchant Banking of debt issues of PSU / Private Banks/ NBFCs/ Corporate
Candidate should have worked for atleast 10-15 years in Financial Advisory Firms/Financial Institutions and should have very strong relations in the top level in the banking industry. Those interested can send their profiles to along with current CTC and notice period
