Roles and Responsibilities :
The position is responsible for driving the Data Revenue for Assam. The role requires the incumbent to manage the data life cycle of the customer by conceptualizing and designing campaigns to increase data usage and revenue. The person is responsible for executing the Data strategy for the circle and handling day to day operations of the same
Revenue Enhancement:
- Conceptualize design and implement promos to upsell data
- Drive data selling at the time of acquisition
- New Product development / pricing basis detailed analytics on customer behavior
Revenue Monitoring / MIS:
- Track and project monthly revenue and usage for both 2G and 3G business and benchmark it vs targets
- Track daily revenues usage, pack activations and pack churn
- Monitor data penetration on addressable base
Process (Backend) Management:
- Manage timely configuration of services, UAT, RA testing for new products
- Work cohesively with cross functional teams (sales, customer service, technology & Finance) during product launches / process enhancements
Frontline Support & Communication:
- Provide necessary training material on new product launches to Customer service teams
- Provide support to CS in addressing customer issues.
Vendor Management:
- Meeting with various partners for sourcing content or setting up new services.
- Strengthen relationship with partners to ensure preferential treatment in getting new content, rolling out new promos, reduce costs & enhance turnaround time.
