Position: Head - Data Quality & Integrity for Banking Compliance

Role:

- Part of the Global Compliance team of the Bank

- This is an APAC Head role for Data Quality and Integrity with respect to the data which goes into Compliance Systems in the areas of Trade Surveillance, Control Room Surveillance, Central Compliance, Financial Crime etc.

- Apply Data Quality and Integrity (DQI) standards; conduct assessment of existing Compliance owned systems to identify data quality and integrity gaps against adopted standards

- Partner with Technology leads in procuring required Data Quality and Integrity testing environments and Technology resources to support the conducting of quantitative Compliance model threshold assessments

- Monitor and report to the Global Head of Data Quality & Integrity

Requirements:

- Post-Grad Degree with 11+ yrs of experience

- Extensive compliance experience and in-depth knowledge of data that is used for compliance systems in the areas of Trade Surveillance, Control Room Surveillance, Central Compliance, Financial Crime etc.

- Should have Banking/ Investment Banking industry experience

- Compliance experience on either the business or technology side

- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data

- Good communication and relationship management skills
