Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for inbound and outbound customer support operations,
- Responsible for resource management
- Responsible for escalations management
- Responsible for cost of CS Operations
- Understanding of outsourcing model in CS is preferred
- Deep understanding of one CRM and ticket management system
Qualifications:
- MBA
- B.E. / B.Tech is preferred
- Customer Service Experience
- Staffing & Planning
- Help Desk Experience
- Preferably from e-commerce background
