This position is for a Client of Vertex which is a KPO of a Leading Global Bank
- Effective management of the processes in the area of Customer on-boarding/Customer Static Data Management (incl. KYC, Reference Data Management etc.) and ensure deliveries on time and quality.
- Delivery/People Management (100 members, Resource planning, etc)
- MBA (Pref. from Tier I/II institutes) with 15+ yrs of experience in Banking & Financial Services with relevant experience in KPO industry.
- Should have handled delivery of KPO offerings & managed teams, especially in the area of Reference Data, KYC, Client Static Data etc
