Manager/Senior Manager - Inside Sales - Financial Services Call Center

We are looking forward to hiring for the role of "Manager/ Sr. Manager Inside Sales/ Call Center" for one of our key FInancial Services clients, based out of Gurgaon.

Scope : Manager/ Senior Manager level, with responsibility of handling a lean team of 10-15 members, across inside sales (B2B)

- Work Experience - 8-12 years

- Must have experience in leading the telesales/inside sales team from front.

- Looking at candidates basically from product companies and preferred ones Info edge & Adobe.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Good Leadership & Interpersonal skills

- Project management, process development and organizational skills

- Good financial and business sense with logical and lateral thinking abilities

- High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team based environment
