Position : Head - Customer Centricity (Leading MNC Company)
Role :
- A Challenging role to build capability in the area of Customer Centricity for the B2B side of the business for the organistion
- Managing, measuring and improving the Customer Experience
- Managing studies aimed at achieving customer delight through strategic and tactical interventions
- Work in close collaboration with other internal teams to identify and prioritise customer experience projects
- Develop metric and measurement techniques that will enable to constantly and consistently measure the customer's experience
- Champion the customer, identifying their needs and expectations
- This position reports into the MD
Experience :
- MBA
- 10-15 yrs of experience in Marketing & Sales/ Marketing Excellence/ Service Delivery/ Service Excellence/ Customer Centricity Consulting
- Should have ideally worked in a B2B Centric business
- Should have extensive experience in the area of Service Delivery/ Service Excellence/ Customer Centricity
Location: Mumbai
