Candidate should be a Finance Professional 10+ years of experience in Retail Housing Loans, specialised in Risk Management Functions with leading NBFC. Experience in modern Credit Risk Controls, Credit Policy making, Credit Underwriting, Portfolio Analysis, Audit & Compliance etc.

Credit Underwriting - Credit Policies - Portfolio Management - Credit Appraisal & Control - Collections & Recovery - Product Development - Audit & Compliance - Risk Assessment & Control - Agency Management

- Develop Credit Policies.

- Ensure Credit Quality, provide credit recommendations for the portfolio handled.

- Monitor Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly MIS credits & early warning signals to minimise credit losses and devise appropriate strategies to reduce losses.

- Regular interaction with the frontline for better deal structuring and transaction processing

- Identify weak accounts and classify them in to NPA & Provisioning on such accounts.

- Responsible for perfection of documentations which results in to satisfactory audit comments.

- Conduct Portfolio Audit on quarterly basis and ensure effective and fast closures of audit findings.

- Credit Underwriting for Retail & SME

- Appraise Credit proposals & financial worth of prospective clients

- Restructure distressed loans and provide alternate payment options in mutual favour.

- Liaise with the Central Credit Bureau for understanding and advice on various reports & statistics.

- Develop Scorecards for Retail Products and implement post testing.

- Manage Portfolio by tracking through various MIS reports and analyzing Portfolio Profitability, Credit Risks, Provisioning, and Delinquency flow rates.

- Track collections activities and ensured delinquencies were maintained within permissible limits.

- Monitor Underwriting team & randomly check decisions in order to bring in uniformity in credit decisions
