Head - Country Lead - Finance & Accounts - Telecom

We are hiring for Head- Country Lead role based with a reputed MNC in Pune.

Country Lead role has ownership of Financial Statements (P&L, balance Sheet and cash flow statements) for a specific or a group of local market or country in the organisation.

They are responsible for both IRFS and local statutory financial statements. The role ensures underlying controllership activities to prepare financial statements are performed diligently and accurately.

This includes balance Sheet reconciliations, operational control effectiveness, resolution of operational issues, identification of risks and opportunities in financial statements and action plan

This role engages with Head of Finance Operations, Finance Decision support teams, Business controllers, Finance business partners and Finance Directors of local market to tell the story about financial performance

This role is also responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver desired result
