HEAD of Security (Corporate Security)

Responsibilities:

- Lead Corporate Security for India region (9 manufacturing sites, 2-3 other facilities)

- Enable and implement Security best practices across the region

- Develop localized SOPs/ guidelines for security and ensure implementation across the company across India

- Ensure state-of-the-art security technology and measures

- Carry out risk assessments, reviews, audits; recommend and ensure implementation of remedial measures

- SPOC for emergency & crisis response management

- Develop and manage Security & Safety training programs for multi-skilled workforce at all levels of hierarchy

- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency service providers, regulatory and government bodies

Requirements:

- Must be an ex-army professional of not less than a Major/Colonel level

- Corporate experience is a must

- Exhibit great leadership skills
