A lot of relationships are in place, but servicing and monetising them is the opportunity - for which they seek an energetic, driven corporate sales head with a bias for action.   POSITION DESCRIPTION:  Lead the corporate sales function and build a team.   Design, plan and execute sales programs in support of business goals - position the company towards new customers, in new areas of business or help grow the share of wallet within its existing customers.   Develop a robust engagement framework for clients under a unified sales structure. Working directly to generate leads and convert business from large account prospects - through the entire sales cycle to closure. Achieves sales targets. Up-sell other/related products to the existing clients.   Deal with CXO level leaders - ranging from CEOs and heads of HR and finance mainly. If the person has capabilities, build properties for corporate sponsorships.   HIRING PROFILE:   Post graduate in management with around 10-12 years of experience in strategic corporate sales, involving strong relationship management.   May come from industries such as travel, hospitality, sports, event management and recreation.   Must be Mumbai based and a hands -on person, with an entrepreneurial mind-set.   Have a strong and confident personal presence, high degree of energy, drive, and a desire to close high value deals on a consistent basis.   Ability to converse with and impactfully present to CXO level personnel.   Ability to multi task and work independently and with small teams in a fast-paced environment.   Possess organizational skills to build and lead a team.   Possess excellent communication in English, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.   Have a dynamic mature personal presence.   Must be passionate about the role played by leisure activities in building businesses, and be able to relate with a relatively niche but fast growing outdoor concept. It will really help if the person is interested in outdoor or physical activities at an individual level.   This could be playing an active sport, running, swimming, trekking or something similar and adventurous.   Will enable the person be able to identify with the business and succeed.
