- 15 years of experience in the Industry with Hands on Strategy formulation

- Facilitate strategy formulation / revision / course correction discussion by top team with focus on long term business

- Drive Long Term strategic organisational / business goals within the mandate of the overall Enterprise. Ensure long term strategy ic correctly reflected in the ABP / LTP.

- Provide inputs for development of Key strategic initiatives, build business case wherever required.

- Responsible for integration of inputs from TSE, RM, M&S for creation / revision of strategi blue print

- Provide scenario assessment to the leadership team based on risk profiling and analysis on external environment to the Top team to enable strategy blue print formation

- Manage Portfolio of strategic projects - regular reviews by sponsors, and consolidated updates for leadership team

- Ensure alignment of risk assessment and mitigation with ABP and LTP
