The person should have experience in corporate fundraising.  Job Description / Responsibilities:  - To carry out market and competition analysis of the western region.  - To plan strategy for developing Mumbai as a major centre for fundraising.  - To develop and execute Business Development Strategy for the achievements of the targets in accordance with opportunities in western region.  - To supervise, support & guide the subordinates in the western region CP team.  - To plan & execute nurturing and retention strategy of existing donors of western region.  - To update the HO on the work progress of western region CP team through various reporting formats.  - Administration Responsibilities: To support and supervise overall Administration of the Mumbai Office and carry out other activities that will be assigned from time to time as per need of the organization.  Desired profile of the candidate:  - Should be from a marketing background.  - Preferably worked with a large NGO.  - Proven track record of fundraising.  - Presentable with good verbal and oral skills.
