Working with business stake holders to understand their business goals and challenges & designing learning roadmaps leading to build & enhance Talent capabilities within the Group  Qualification: HR MBA or with Professional certification in L&D  15 to 25 years of HR experience with at least 15+ years in Leadership role in L&D Experience in L& D interventions, designing, developing and conducting training at all levels.
