This has to be achieved across financial services through guidance / support to the business HR teams of the respective BUs.  - Creating a process for effective assessment of candidates  - Guiding the HR leaders in process management relating to talent acquisition  - Ensure adherence to best-in-class selection process across all verticals  Organization Building   - Building capabilities and creating leadership pipeline through effective succession / career mapping and series of initiatives.   - Ideate and implement best-in-class assessment-cum-development center for the leadership team. Subsequently work in consultation with the CEOs and put in place a robust framework for (i) identifying critical talents, (ii) assessment, (iii) development approach, (iv) reward management etc.  - To establish a full-fledged leadership and functional competency model. Review / re-look into inhouse leadership development initiative and put in place appropriate strategies in developing training capabilities in key areas. (Incidentally client has full time faculties to drive the Leadership Development Initiative).  - Driving core values of the organization across financial services business.  Talent Engagement   - The HR leaders of both the businesses primarily are responsible for the talent engagement. The incumbent's role will be to review the existing initiatives, align the same with the - Vision 2020- strategy and facilitate / guide the HR leadership team in successful implementation. This includes intervention in the existing PMS, T&D, C&B etc.  - Review the entire existing people related policies of financial services business and revamp the same keeping in mind the business needs.  Building Team   - Study the existing HR organogram, review the same from the perspective of Vision 2020 strategy. Therefore, if need be, rework on the HR organogram and subsequently re-assess the HR talent pool keeping in mind the direction of the business in line with - Vision 2020 .  Execution Excellence   Facilitate and guide the HR leadership team in driving HR processes & best practices in the financial services industry.  Behavioural Attributes :   - High in collaborative approach  - Ability to influence coupled with persuasion skill  - Strong in Emotional Quotient  - Knack to understand the business strategy and ability to partner business heads in dealing with complex issues  - Adaptability / cultural adjustment - this would include influencing the existing culture to create an appropriate culture (if need be) which would facilitate faster transformation  - Interpersonal relationship / Ability to connect with people at all levels  - Passion / inspiring leadership
