Head - Core Banking System - IT (12-18 yrs)
We are looking to hire a Head of Core Banking System - IT
Location : Mumbai
- Head the Core Banking and other key systems development in the bank and managing the systems.
- Define Systems Strategy in alignment with the business strategy; Liaise with the business to identify areas of automation & scope of delivery to manage requirements.
- Responsible for development, implementing and support of all systems across the bank.
- Manage the SIT & UAT of the core banking, branch automation, origination, collections and other key systems in the bank.
- Responsible for change and configuration management for all systems and IT processes in Home Finance and key systems in the bank.
- Responsible for management of all the systems including core banking system in the production environment.
- Review and analyze non-technical functional software requirements by working in unison with various project stakeholders. Review Technical approach document from vendor.
- Participate in vendor system evaluation, using the RFI/RFP approach & ensure unbiased recommendation for final selection, by identifying - Best fit- .
- Identify and implement systems that aim to improve Customer Service/ Process efficiency/ Revenue leakage and resolve audit issues
