Head - Continuous Improvement - Six Sigma/Lean Certified - FMCG (10-12 yrs)
An Engineer with Six Sigma / Lean Certified professional with minimum 10 years experience in either Operation Excellence / Continuous Improvement for the core supply chain function roles in an FMCG / Manufacturing outfit.
KRA's :
- Driving leadership and direction to the COE to execute on the global Lean Six Sigma strategy and tools to improve process efficiency and eliminate defects in day to day SC operations.
- Increase speed and responsiveness to market requirements through standardization of logistics work streams.
- Provide strategic direction regarding the use of third party service providers (e.g. distributors, contract carriers).
- Support COE development where - end to end- supply chain excellence will demonstrate the value and significant impact Logistics has on the bottom line.
- Proactively participate in the update and improvement of the global OE program by contributing training material updates, strategic deployment thought leadership and other improvements.
