Head - Content Marketing - IT Product Development Firm (7-10 yrs)

The Marketing Head will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Marketing team which will be in tandem with Organisation growth plans. The person will be responsible for creating engaging content that clearly communicates the Company's offerings to the target audience.

The responsibilities include :

1. Monitoring the markets in which Organisation products compete, research the end-user experience and understand their problems

2. Creating, editing, proofreading and delivering all marketing content (campaigns, blogs, videos, web pages etc.) which convincingly engages the target audience

3. Educating potential users about Organisation products, explaining their benefits on how it can help their business perform better

4. Setting goals, establishing resource allocation and ensuring cohesion across the entire Marketing team

5. Partnering with the Product management/IT teams to build better products and improve existing features.

Key Skills required :

1. Marketing experience of at least 7-10 years of which at least 5 years must be in a supervisory role; exposure to digital marketing/eCommerce industries highly preferred

2. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills; should be at ease presenting to internal as well as external audiences

3. Must be able to lead and manage the daily operations of the entire Marketing team

4. Strong planning and project management skills

5. Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing or related fields.
