Our Client is Meta search engine known for its cheap airfares & tickets with the best & cheap options during every season, making travel deals affordable to those who wish to budget their holiday and make the most of it with the best offers.  - It's a one stop online travel bazaar that offers all travel related services from international and domestic flights bookings, hotels reservations, car rentals, sightseeing, holidays packages, rail services, buses, cruises and business (MICE) along with foreign exchange, travel insurance and visa services.  Your Part In the Team :  - As the Head of Contact Centre you will be required to manage and coordinate all activities which include sales, after-sales and service. A key focus will be to improve the performance by taking a strong customer focus approach and monitoring and coaching operators to ensure we are striving to achieve the KPI's that have been agreed.   - Dealing and analyzing customer contacts via various channels which include, Live Chat, inbound and outbound calls, letters and emails.  - As the Head of Contact Centre you will be required to have extensive experience of managing operations within a large Contact Centre.  What You'll Be Doing :  - Manage a headcount of up to 700 operators  - Manage a number of channels including Live Chat, Sales and Service  - Be responsible for all avenues of customer contact and ensure a smooth customer journey  - Identify new technology to enhance the customer experience  - Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the agreed KPIs  - Manage both internal and external stakeholders  - Development of Management Team  - Seek out continuous improvement in Company policies, processes and people to ensure the customer is priority  What We'll Need From You :  - A proven track record of demonstrated accountability and success within a similar size contact centre  - Skilled in building positive and productive relationships  - Experience of developing and optimising business processes, ensuring delivery through effective people management
