Role: The incumbent will be responsible for strategic planning & execution of all Contact Center Operations.
Management and Leadership of processes for the continues improvement of channel
Continues staff development programe.
Will be handling processes like voice, correspondence, video branch, revenue, virtual relationship mgmt, centralized desk, HR & Admin Work for the call center.
Education Skills: MBA/PG Diploma
10+ years experience in a reputed Bank.
