About our Client - My client is a leading manufacturer of automotive navigation systems. Its head office is based in Europe. They employ over 3500 employees worldwide. The Indian arm of the business is just over 5 years old The business provides geospatial solutions for consumer application, business-to-business, and business-to-government markets in India.
Job Description - You will be focused on leading consumer sales in India
- You will set up, manage and drive retail and consumer business through Large format retail, car accessories, distributors, online ecommerce and accessories shops inside car dealerships.
- You will drive gross margin target for the business and drive deeper margin and system margin optimization.
- A natural leader with high energy levels, you will focus on building strong relationships with customers.
The Successful Candidate -
- You must have an MBA from institute of repute with at least 12-14 years experience in distribution/channel.
- You must be able to set priorities and be totally flexible in a changing environment.
- The ability to work effectively across cultures is a pre-requisite to the role
