This role is of Head- Compensation and Benefit.
Location:Bangalore
Key Requirements:
- The role involves managing a wide gamut of activities in the C&B area including managing compensation for India location, comp infrastructure maintenance, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery.
Essential Skills:
- Should have a strong experience of 8-12 years in managing and designing of compensation.
- Preferably from IT/ITES space (could look at other sectors for right candidate),
- MBA in HR from premier B-school only.
- Certifications in C&B area would be added advantage.
