One of our client, a leading IT services MNC in Mumbai / Pune is looking for Head - Compensation & Benefits

Work Location: Mumbai /Pune

Job Description:

- Head the compensation and benefits function within HR

- Responsible for managing a wide gamut of activities in the C and B area including managing compensation for few lines of businesses within India, comp infrastructure maintenance, market assessments, compensation consulting and delivery

- Strong background in managing compensation processes, good understanding of business/market

- Must have excellent communication/influencing and consulting abilities Compensation Management, C & B, Benefits, Compensation, HR, Comp

- Designs programs and policies in line and drives the deployment of program related to compensation and benefits, rewards, benefits, compensation, strategy, deployment

- Should have a strong HR experience of at least 15 -20 years with at least 5 of the experience in managing compensation for medium to large companies.
