Our Company - Laksh HR (www.Lakshhr.com) is working with Various Manufacturing MNCs. We are currently looking for Head- Compensation & Benefits for them. The basic details are as follows:
Title: Head- Compensation & Benefits (India)
Reporting structure: The role reports to the Country HR Manager and functionally to the Group Head of C&B.
Base Location: Pune
Experience: 10 - 18 Years
Education: MBA
Job Responsibilities:
Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Company's total compensation strategies in India, consistent with corporate philosophy and effectively meeting the needs of the organization and business areas.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Group Function staff to ensure a unified and competitive total compensation strategy.
- Participate in defining Company's worldwide total compensation philosophy as needed.
- Drive and direct the analysis of local competitiveness with the market and prepare solutions/ recommendations for senior management.
- You select, manage and develop your team members and take responsibility for hiring, performance management, salaries, training and termination decisions.
- Prepare and manage department budget, resources, and expenses.
Key performance areas:
- As C&B Manager you will lead and contribute to the HR ambition of enabling a high performing, global organization in the area of Compensation & Benefits for India.
- You develop and manage a high performing compensation team taking care of managing, developing and delivering high quality programs, services and solutions.
- You and your team lead in the areas of global compensation strategy, education, project management and salary management and provide on-going consultation to HR and line management.
Profile of the job holder:
- An experienced subject matter expert in C&B and know how to build a team capable of professionally advising the business with solid and effective solutions to pay related matters.
- Have high standards, take ownership and show a high integrity in dealing with confidential information.
We are looking for someone with a university degree (HR, Finance, Legal, Business Administration) or wide experience in the subject area and min 10 years of experience in working in an HR department of which at least 7 in C&B.
