Job Description:

Role: Reward Director, Global Operation Centers

Reports into: Head of Reward, Global Growth & Operations, Asia Pacific

Primary Objective:

- To provide value-added consulting support to all Operation Centers globally in the all areas of compensation and benefits strategy, recognition, policy, and planning; including program design, implementation, and communication,within the context of Total Reward Strategy.

Major Areas of Accountability:

- Contribute within the Reward function in the review and development of reward strategy/policies and on all methods concerning compensation design, benefits programs, and benchmarking.

- Consult with HR Partners and business stakeholders to develop and implement reward initiatives to meet the business needs of Operation Centers globally, while remaining within the overall total reward framework

- Monitor and evaluate current reward programs to ensure legal and regulatory compliance; competitive position and effectiveness; recommend improvements as needed.

- Proactively engage, advise and guide HR Partners to ensure an appropriate awareness and understanding of the broader employee reward agenda.

- Provide reward support for M&A activity, including due diligence, employee retention and incentivisation strategies and post-acquisition strategy.

- Direct India benefits strategy and advice on the program review, design and implementation including integration of benefit programs.

- Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the Operation Centers; including financials, business drivers, goals, and culture.

- Manage all annual compensation activities for the (salary review, bonus payments, data accuracy, etc.)

- Remain up to date with compensation developments, building external networks and knowledge to ensure that the business is constantly aware of market trends and best practice locally

Candidate Profile:

Experience, Knowledge and Personal Attributes:

- Degree/Master’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business or any related field.

- Minimum 10+ years' in-depth experience in compensation and benefits management in diverse multinational environments with regional reward management experience.

- Strong reward specialist, capable of adding real value to the development of practical solutions involving base pay, variable pay and benefits.

- Ability to define the critical issues confronting the business, translating them into reward initiatives that support them

- Strong project management experience and able to handle operational and tactical reward issues.

- Effective communication and presentation skills with ease at all levels, building relationships with HR and business stakeholders.

- Able to work both independently and as a team player, keen to work closely with colleagues within the HR Function.

- Culturally sensitive to working with colleagues across the globe
