JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for managing the planning, design and administration of the organization's baseline and incentive compensation policies and programs for the India Operations organization. A key component of this role is Project management in identifying and driving harmonization in the areas of job structures, incentive pay plans. Provide end-to-end support in data analysis, job evaluation and key organizational initiatives in partnership with the HR leaders and business leaders across the organization.

The individual will work directly with HR Business Partners, Management and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic business model and to assist, as required, in variable incentive compensation plan design consultation. The role extends

beyond consulting, and, focusses on developing and operationalizing plans, facilitating implementation, tracking execution and measuring results. Works to gain alignment with different constituencies and represents a common point of view across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate should be results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

The position will leverage central practices to foster and lead international compensation teams for an alignment with global and regional strategies, market conditions, business requirements, and support the approval and deployment of harmonized policies.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years- experience in finance, compensation or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.

- Strong project management experience in framing and collaboratively solving highly complex problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses.

- Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.

- Highly proficient in Excel; familiar with Peoplesoft.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, leading and auditing work.

- Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture

- Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.

- Proven experience in leading/overseeing complex corporate or multi-business level initiatives/projects

- Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and be quick of foot in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen.

- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
