Position: Head-Compensation & Benefits (Leading Global Financial Services Giant)

Role:

- Responsible for the over-all management of the compensation & benefits strategy for the company

- Work closely with the Leadership team to identify C&B priorities and build appropriate C&B strategy, annual plans and budgets

- Plan, manage, execute and communicate compensation and benefits in accordance aligning it with the overall organizational philosophy and industry practice

- Responsible for all compensation benchmarking and benefits surveys projects as well as conduct necessary analysis of the survey results and recommend C&B solution to ensure market competitiveness

- Ensure Mid-Year and Annual Appraisal calendar of events are drawn up and communicated for the year and managed closely viz. kick- off on schedule, tracking progress and timely completion as well as monitor quality of feedback

- Budgeting and planning for all compensation related activities, prepares and monitors merit budget, and assists in development of salary ranges

- Leads C&B Projects (eg Job Evaluation). In charge of implementation and change management of programs in alignment with global total rewards philosophy

- Manage International mobility

- Utilize metrics to influence efficiencies and improvement efforts across the HR/C&B function, driving an environment of continuous improvement. Monitor progress of continuous improvement initiatives and take appropriate corrective actions when required

- Provide strong leadership to the HR C&B team

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) with 12+ yrs of experience in HR and Compensation and Benefits, having led the function at a decent sized organisation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills with ability to connect with colleagues at different levels

- Adaptability to multi-cultural team environment as the incumbent will interact and engage with senior colleagues and stake-holders across the globe

- Should have worked in a matrix organisation
