Expert Knowledge of the laws and regular Up-gradation thereof :

- Corporate laws including Companies Act, 2013

- Secretarial Standards as prescribed by Institute of Company Secretaries of India

- Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Laws

- SEBI Listing and other Regulations

- Rules and Regulations issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)

- Concepts and regulations regarding Initial Public Offering (IPO)

- Well versed with other industry specific laws like, Labour, Environmental, Financial, non-Financial and industry sector specific laws

- Best Industry Practices and Good Corporate Governance norms

Expert knowledge of the above laws and regular updation of the same.

Regular & Continuous Secretarial Compliances :

- Conducting Board Meetings/ Committee Meetings/ General Meetings

- Drafting of Agenda and Minutes of Board/ Committee Meetings/ General Meetings

- Handling and resolving Shareholders Grievances/queries

- Drafting and finalization of various legal and secretarial documentation, registers, reports and returns as per Companies Act and various other statutory acts, ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms and best industry practices

- Drafting applications, and managing remittance of fund towards equity participation, liaising with RBI/Authorized Dealers for the same and other various follow-up compliances

- Preparing various reports and returns for the group companies as per their requirement including compliances related to distribution of dividend

Regular & Continuous Secretarial Compliances :

- Drafting, Vetting of all types of Corporate Legal Agreements such as Supply Agreement, Non Disclosure Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Lease Agreement, Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Indemnity bonds and any other legal agreements required by a public company
