Duties and Responsibilities

- Design, review and implement Compensation and Benefits (C and B) policies and programmes.

- Participate in market survey, conduct benchmarking and analysis of C and B practices.

- Manage compensation exercises including salary reviews and performance management.

- monitoring the organisation's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
