Job Description :

- Segmentation and Targeting Designing S&T and ensuring adherence

- Designing profiling template and executing the profiling exercise

- Performance Analytics Performance Analytics- MIS, PCPM, SLS/FLS tracking

- Standardization of review process- template, record keeping and data provider

- New launch tracker

- Sales Excellence KPIs In-clinic KPIs tracking- Execution KPIs

- Out-clinic KPIs tracking- Execution KPIs

- DP Effectiveness- Allocation Vs Spend

- Key Account Management KAM Actilyse- Designing, tracking, Dashboard

- SAE 250 Diabetes Designing, tracking, Dashboard

Location : Mumbai

The Successful Candidate :

- Reporting into the Director of Marketing Brings 6-10 years if work experience

- Pharmaceutical industry experience is a must

- Man management experience

- Training and sales experience is an advantage
