Role:

To head collections at the Company, which would be a mix of field and phone based collections.

The candidate should have 15+ yrs of experience in collections preferably in the financial services or other consumer services industry, e.g, Credit Cards, insurance, etc.

Experience:

15+ yrs of experience collections preferably in the financial services or other consumer services industry, e.g, Credit Cards, insurance, etc.

Should have experience in a highly process driven organisation.

The candidate should have experience in setting up the function.
