Maximize handset led activations, have dedicated and exclusive focus on dongle sales activation and ensure that there is a growth delivery on both service and dongle revenue front.  Reporting To : Circle Contract Sales Head/CDMA Head  Key Deliverables :  - Ensure adequate availability of handsets (Device & Dongle) in the market at the select retail outlets  - Drive increase in pulsing base in prepaid and post paid customer segments  - Drive bundled sales: handset led activation's, Dongle sales and hand set upgrades.  - Drive service revenue of voice & data and all devices  Required Competencies :  Understanding of the market : Appointment and management of Distribution network for sustainable growth  - Skilled on collaboration and networking with the device vendors. High level of engagement to drive Vendor performance.  - Sales and service experience in a consumer durable market  - Charting out new territory for business expansion  - Drive business in corporate/SME segment with adequate focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction  - Ability to work in a highly competitive market  Years of Experience : 8 to 15 years.
