Head - CLM (U&R / Prepaid/ Market Strategy & Operations)  Note :- Kindly read the Job description before Applying for position  Job Purpose :  To ensure growth in Usage and Revenue by:  - Focus on various customers segments Viz High Value Subscribers, Low Value Base, Churn control, NLD/ILD.  - Plan Revenue Enhancement programs in beginning of the month and track the performance  - Own Key Prepaid KPIs like Tertiary, Revenues, MOUs, FAT, Segmented Offer conversions, Net Exit and iRGS, Ratecutter penetration targets  - Track competition and ensure competitiveness of Prepaid offerings.  - Plan recharge voucher sale through eTOPUP and Paper.  - Campaign management through available tools   - MIS generation and Analysis  - Coordination with sales team to achieve revenue targets  - Follow micro segmentation to design customized product resulting into incremental revenue  AOP planning :  Projections for the financial year in terms of subscribers and revenue. Plan Key KPIs like MOU trends, Tertiary, Decrement, PF, FAT, Promo Credit, Ratecutter sales, Paper Coupon Tertiary-voice, iRGSdaywise and zonewise each month  Marketing Operations :  Plan key campaigns both at mass level and segmented level   Mass Level - New product launches, Communication to both customer and trade, Run incentive schemes for trade, ensure visibility in market in coordination with Marcom team. Ensure technical configuration, validation and launch of new products. Execute product launches and seamless GTM. Analyze performance of new product launches and take course corrective actions where necessary  Segmented Level - Design, plan, implement and execute key segmented campaigns in coordination with CLM platform partners and internal teams (technical, CSD). Ensure that objectives of the campaigns are met, and performance is tracked.  Strategy :   - Provide Regular inputs to circle leadership team on trends in the prepaid business.   - Plan interventions to ensure achievement of company objectives on revenue and subscriber base.  Amit 9810900610
